Your complete customer satisfaction is important to us. However due to the personal nature of our products we are unable to exchange products unless in the event that the product is found to be faulty. So please make your selection very carefully.

All of our products are tested before they are dispatched to you to ensure that they are in working order. In the event that you receive a defective product please notify us within 7 days of your purchase. You can do this by sending an e-mail to andrew@sextoysrus.com.au or danielle@sextoysrus.com.au.

Please include the details of the nature of the defect along with your invoice number. Should the product have a manufacturing defect please return that product for a replacement or refund. All returned products must be cleaned before returning to sextoysrus.com.
